What a great and informative blog. I saw where you mentioned this ministry on FB, and I looked at the website. Jan sent me an email asking for my contact information, which I sent her yesterday. Thank you for introducing this wonderful work of God to me. Maybe someday I will be able to travel on one of the ministry trips.

Thanks, Belinda, for sharing such a meaningful article. I did not know about your brother, Rick. My heart goes out to you. I recommend that everyone learn the danger signs of suicide and, if possible, take ASIST training or some other similiar training. Thanks again for sharing, Belinda.

Elise said it best…love you, Belinda! I love how you said that you refuse to let a few moments erase a whole life. I love the way you choose to keep Ricky’s life and memory alive by choosing to recall events and memories. Your choice is how to be survivor is a testimony in itself.

Aunt Belinda, I enjoyed this story and agree with it being well written. I usually write and edit medical material in Powerpoint for class and recording studio presentation. I am in awe of your story telling ability and subject matter to write on…it doesn’t get better than Grandmother and Granddaddy and their inspirational lives. I am glad you found a tie to your name and ministries through it all.
